Location: Office based – Haywards Heath, West Sussex
Reports to: Operations Manager

Job Overview & Responsibilities
An exciting sales opportunity for a driven individual to grow, expand and develop with a leading pet insurance provider as we launch and develop our insurance products across the UK and Europe.

  • Pro-actively follow up insurance enquiries to convert to an insurance policy
  • Follow up and convert free insurance offered by our partners – microchippers, breeders, vets and charities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is exceeded
  • Produce high quality documentation and maintain records on our systems
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the company products
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement with a solution-based attitude
  • Sales and policy administration
  • Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues
  • Ensure company and regulatory policies are complied with
  • Undertake regular learning and development in line with company and FCA requirements

Skills & Experience:

  • Confident and effective sales skills with proven experience
  • A passion for pets (and their insurance!)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good general education, including GCSE’s (or equivalent)
  • Positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Team player
  • Quick learner
  • Excellent prioritisation and time management skills

  •  Answer inbound enquiries regarding insurance and proactively upgrade and convert to an insurance policy

  • Answer and resolve customer queries and demonstrate ownership of the task
